Triton Digital Media Acquires Ando Media
Market leaders combine to accelerate marketplace development
Los Angeles, CA - September 15, 2009 - Triton Digital Media, the leading provider of digital applications, services and content to the broadcast industry, announced today it has acquired Ando Media, the leader in online audio audience measurement and ads management.

Connecting and expanding Ando's dynamic technology with Triton Digital's solutions will accelerate digital revenue growth for the industry," said Mike Agovino, Chief Operating Officer of Triton Media Group.
Ando's Webcast Metrics in-stream audience measurement service is utilized by over 6,800 stations and webcasters throughout the United States. Earlier this year Ando announced the development of Targeted Ad Injector, server-side ad serving technology, which allows for greatly enhanced targeting of streaming campaigns.
Triton Digital services over 4,500 affiliations for its various digital solutions, including Streaming, Text Messaging, Loyalty, Music Discovery, Video, Content Management Systems, Music News Content and Local Search.
